			<description><![CDATA[<p>I&#x27;m doing something a little different for Texas this time.  One of the things that I keep track of is how many numbers from the previous draw hit in the next draw.  I also pay close attention to the  2 previous  meaning that TWO of the digits in the previous draw repeated.  I have had good luck with this especially in California.  Right now in Texas, I believe it is time to start paying attention to this.  Currently  2 previous  has skipped 24 times.
