Powerball has 4 sets of balls

Hi All...not to add more to the task of picking THE numbers....but do you think each set (4) has it's own characteristics...I guess that is my newest stategy.....determine which group each set of numbers is from.....so....my minimum number of plays would be 4...one for each set....I QP the powerball most of the time, although it seem the PB will repeat or change by 1 many times (in my database)...good luck to all
