what lotteries need to do is make the prizes pari-mutuel. that way, if you win a big prize spending 10 grand, you know that your money helped you win such a big prize in more ways than one.

i remember when IN had max 5, in which tickets costed $5 for 5 drawings, but you had to play all 5 drawings.

With the implementation of RNG the lottery had become a rich man's game. If you spend ten thousand you might win 100.00. Lottery is no longer fun
