			<description><![CDATA[<p>yeah.  i checked the payouts, as well as the most recent press release about that, and there were no winners of 5+BB, but they had a prize listed there, when they said that if there were no winners of the second prize category, then that would roll down as well.  if i had a match 5 winner, i would take the mass lottery to court to get the extra money.</p>]]></description>

			<description><![CDATA[<p>Yeah does anyone know what the expected amount of draws for a rolldown? And how many tickets are usually sold per drawing? Sort of similar to playing the Michigan winfall lottery, but that takes like 2 months to roll to 5 million. Makes the lottery worth playing as the odds and money paid back is almost 1 to 1 assuming no one wins.</p>]]></description>
