			<description><![CDATA[<p>The trouble with Pick-3 books is there is no formula/strategy that can be put into a set of rules that will play at a profit over time.  Either the presented method(s) must end with a loss due to the low payouts of the game or the method has a pivot point where the reader must make a choice (without any valid reason for doing so) that will result in either a win or a loss.
