			<description><![CDATA[<p>The first thing I did was to create a New File called  Pick3  c:\pick3Next I saved all the attachments from Ion&#x27;s e-mail into the c:\pick3Next I used Ion&#x27;s program Lotwon99 and Qedit to create a Pick 3 Drawing file and named it  D3 You can download this program from Ion&#x27;s website.  It also comes with a Tutorial explainingg how to enter the drawings into the Qedit editor.The drawing file contains roughly 1000 Pennsylvania Evening Pick 3 drawings.
