JAG331I tried a different approach. Years ago, I wrote a program in BASIC that have a file format for ten two characters entrants. Another point that I feel is real important is to analyze if your methods are successful. For me, that means: Am I doing better then random chance? One way I look at that is to pick the 15 numbers I feel are more likely to be drawn next than the other 37 or 38. So to use PB as an example...if you pick 15 numbers at random, you should match an average of 1.415 numbers out of that set each drawing, over time. For me it's a two step process. First I update all the spreadsheets. Then, I transfer what I think is the most important information from all 45 of my spreadsheets to two single-sided sheets of paper. Then I can look at and work with the numbers in front of me all at the same time.

Its good excercise for the mind chief,,,I like to look at the numbers 20 different ways and about five different angles....it takes me about 40 minutes to input and then I pick what I think is the right formula with certain parameters and I stick with it untill I get ice cold.......which has happened more often than not,,,but it keeps me entertained,,,,

Tso-gali-II was reading some of your posts here about tracking sheets. How in the world do you keep up with 12 to 40 different spread sheets?The one I use tracks the numbers for the last 50 games or so and has everything on it I need to look at, and determine where the numbers are heading. It also shows me what numbers are hot. I tend to agree with Jag...I use four excel worksheets (about 15 different excercises) to teardown the megamillions and compare the numbers to about 250 different sets that i have maintained since mega started in 2002....it started as a pretty exciting year when I hit the first 8 of 11 draws (not more than $10). Kristin, I look at a bunch of different stats, I do it all on Excel...it's a labor-intensive project when I really want to analyze the numbers. I'm not sure it helps either!! The first month I started I hit 4+0 for $100 on PB and it's been downhill ever since! Because of the time it takes to get the exact numbers I want, I usually do only PB or MM, if any at all. You've got to keep playing! For me it's cheap entertainment...spending a few hours and a few dollars... although like Kristin said, winning is definitely a nice dream. I've committed myself to playing both MM and PB when the jackpots are over $100m, so I will post a wheel of MM numbers, probably late tonight, once I've taken a look at the stats.
