heres a bar trick that we used ,boil water squeeze fresh lime,lemon ,grapefruit ,and orange juice with a mint tea bag and a teaspoon of cayenne pepper and honey ,make a cup of tea hot as you can take it drink it down this will drain the sinus then go for your tylenol sinus medicine

Thanks to my LP friends for the suggestions.DAISY DOLLAR your tip works a miracle.Not 100% yet,but I will go easy .Over the last month or so been studyingtrialing,correcting the workouts.Still trying to streamline the methodsfor quicker hits,while creatively incorporatingsome of the marvelous tips on the forum.No pain,no gain. Everything they said seems right, on top of that try cayenne pepper, not just any pepper, the only pepper you should use is cayenne, never take any of the other-ones, it gives your food a very good and special taste and your body gets used to it very fast and won't burn at all after a week or two, always put some on your food, you will buils a tolerance to it withing a week or two and as you do then you can increase the dose of it, it's one of the best all around remedies for almost any and ever... Hello, Blackapple,I suffer from cronic sinus troubles which ultimately translate into migrains. When I have one coming...there's a very old remedy that works when I'm on to it...use a tea kettle or pan of water and bring to a boil...all you do is breathe in the steam and massage the back of your neck briskly! Over-the-counter sinus decongestants designed specifically for that ailment (check allergy remedies as well that treat it). I had one for a week where I could barely walk it was so painful, taking handfulls of aspirin to no avail, and got one of these types of remedies from my sister who worked for an allergist and the headache went away within a few hours.Good luck Blackapple, they are painful and somewhat debilitating..
