			<description><![CDATA[<p>The pick 3 is the best game in the lottery, hands down.  It pays you 50% of your odds back and you can play it so you don&#x27;t get taxed.  The jackpot games and scratch off tickets are the worst bets in the lottery world when you compare the odds-to-payoff ratios.  The pick 3 is still a ripoff (with a 50% house &#x27;take&#x27;) but it sure beats the odds of the others.
