			<description><![CDATA[<p>A number of lottery softwares allow you to filter based on sum, they include Lottery Director, Lottohat, Lotwin, Expert Lotto, etc. Many offer a free demo if you want to test the theory.  You can find links to these at http://www.lotto-logix.com/lottosoft.htmlPersonally I use sums to exclude the least likely one percent at each end of the distribution. BobP</p>]]></description>
