			<description><![CDATA[<p>Carbob,I don&#x27;t do roots for a number of reasons, but if you want to you can do it along the same basis that I do with sums.  I use only the ones digit of the sum and this gives me 10 equal groups of numbers.  Root sums do not. Then I keep track of the  jump  in the sum from the last sum.  So for Florida: Date Num ADD Prev. 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 Sum Jump O/E 10/13/04 5 1 4 3 1 2 4 3 1 8 10/12/04 184 739 0 4 4 3 2 1 1 3 2 5 7 13 -1 O 10/11/04 455 082 1 3 3 2 1 1 5 2 1 4 6 14 0 E 10/10/04 473 859 1 2... &#x5b;&#xa0;<a href="https://www.lotterypost.com/thread/97884/268549">More</a>&#xa0;&#x5d;</p>]]></description>
