I am pretty sure that most people here are more technically oriented than me, but I thought of posting this to help any of the new subscribers who are AOL users and who, like me, are trying to learn every day.I know that members of this forum wouldn't intentionally block Lottery Post emails.It took me a while to realize what to do to allow certain sites to communicate with me. Hello Todd,I use aol.com! I went to the registry and tried the...forgotten password e-mail. Everything runs well up to...94% document transfer rate then frame freezes. Tried to jar it loose by back arrowing then foreward to the forums column and on to this discussion topic. Checked my e-mail box and so far nothing.11:07 pm (eastern) 10/18/04

todd, i followed your instructions, and i was also prompted saying the e-mail had been sent, but i never received it . i don't have any blocks on mine.maddog10

Hi, Todd. Although I haven't logged on lately and never noticed what the AOL email problem was, I just followed your instructions, and had the prompt saying that the email was sent, but I haven't received it. I have LP under the authorized sites from which I can receive emails.

I think I implemented a fix for the AOL e-mail screw-up that was blocking e-mail from us to AOL users.I need at least one AOL user to test it:First logout, then from the login page send yourself a password reminder. If you receive the e-mail, it should be fixed!Please let me know if it works... thanks
