			<description><![CDATA[<p>when i sold scratch offs i noticed the winning tickets customers brought back mostly did have the same or almose the same barcode numberending/ or same 3 digit number as the number 75 and 76 and 85 would be on most of the winning scratch0ofs. then and this was ike 1997 so, i dont know how much things have changed since then.</p>]]></description>

I have noticed that my wins...lottery, slots etc., are more frequent during certain hours and/or when the moon is in certain compatible signs .  Slots hit on the hour or half hour for me.  Lottery wins were among tickets purched a between 2- 3 p.m.  or  7-8 p.m.... I have not followed up or done a validation diary/journal on this theory. As far as time goes, I image most do it on their lunch breaks or perhaps on their way to or from work.
