To 5Pennies and Pick 3 Fairy:Sounds like a good plan. Word of caution: If it doesn't pop tonight, it'll be very soon, like within just a few more drawings, if not tonight.I looked at both day and night and it actually has been a little over 140 total consecutive drawings since the 1-3 came. Mostly before then back to Jan 1, 2004, it was 013, 123, 134, 135, 136, and 137 in any order, I haven't seen a 113, 133, 138 or 139 this year.

I see where many of you know that 1, 3 and 4 are out or are the coldest of day and night drawings combined.The 1-3 pair is the only odd pair not drawn in more than 100 total draws day and night. All of the even pairs have come within the same time frame as well.I'd say that with all the high and even numbers coming in, that it's time for a low-dominant/odd- dominant number to hit.
