			<description><![CDATA[<p>As long as the game is paying off a guaranteed 50% of what your odds are, it&#x27;s the best best lottery game any state lottery has to offer to the player.  I wouldn&#x27;t care for pari-mutuel payoffs either and I think it&#x27;s a ripoff to the players.  So is the selling out of number combinations after a certain amount of them have been sold.  We spend our dollars to take a losing gamble (50% odds against you before you even place your bet) and yet they can&#x27;t afford to lose a gamble?
