			<description><![CDATA[<p>I think that out of the remaining states left they will all dventually need a lottery to pay for some of the programs within there state.  So someday powerball will have 35 states and mega millions will have 15 and in the next 50 years we may have a national lottery to push powerball and mega millions around.</p>]]></description>
