If you post same 10 picks for all state pick5 lotteries,how would you make the hit ratio and prize ratio better than others?Actually its just a strategy we make and I am going to tell you more about this.Let's say at least one winning number of tomorrow's pick5 draw has 0 and 9 as their last digits,which stand for 10 20 30 9 19 29 39.And the other two missing one are 1 and 2,standing for 1 11 21 31 2 12 22 32 .The rest of other 6 ones are 3 4 5 6 7 8.I run my system and get the same 10 picks.3...
