Haters of floating menu bars rejoice!I have added a cool pin feature to the right side of the menu bar, which allows you to QUICKLY changed from pinned to unpinned mode!I have also changed the default behavior to PINNED mode. Everyone will be changed to pinned mode during this change, but if you like the floating menu bar, just UNPIN the menu bar by clicking the pin symbol.P.S. If you don't see it yet, try refreshing your page.

Based on all the stationary votes, I'm going to change it to a stationary bar (by default), and I'm going to try to put on option right on the menu itself to flip back forth between pinned unpinned.

I locked the bar and when I came back it was still locked, YEA !!!Don't think [ON] should be the default for new visitors, more likely to scare them off. Glad my car didn't come with all the accessories turned [On].I do think it would be better if the On/Off were on the bar end itself as I'd like to be able to turn it off while doing predictions and on for threadswithout having to change screens to do it. BobP

If you don't default it to floating, the new members will never know about how it could work. I say float as default.

I dont mind it eitherway,,,(fence sitter)...maybe you can add an option to lock it when people sign on....(put one of those little lock icons up in the right hand corner next to resources)...... I totally understand if its not feasible......

I like the fact that it floats. This way you don't have to scroll all the way to the top of the page to switch the features. It's right there for us to click on.

I recognize that people may have very different opinions on this.Do you think that the blue menu bar should be floating (as you scroll) or stationary as the default setting when someone comes here for the first time
