The best I've ever done is a $5000 jackpot on a video poker machine in Atlantic City at the Tropicana. That was very exciting - everyone was stopping by to see what happend as the bell was ringing and continued to ring for about half an a hour until they had finished paying me off.

Just curious to see how many people have actually hit any kind of jackpot in the past.I hit my first jackpot back in 2000 at a casino in Hollywood Fl. It was only worth about a $1000 but it was exciting to see an entire line of machines going off. Then later that same year I put about $80 in a machine in a Tampa Fl casino and hit the jackpot for about $4500. I think this is when I really got hooked on casinoes, lol. I would have to say 2001 was my best year. I was at the same casino in Tampa Fl
