			<description><![CDATA[<p>Todd, the legislators in Raleigh won&#x27;t even let it get to the people to vote on it. Too many Southern Baptist down here with pull.  Two years it came up and the people wanted it but they wouldn&#x27;t let us vote on it. So I drive 23 miles to Virginia and play. As soon as I hit the border the roads smooth out. Virginia uses their Loto profits to keep the roads up. N.C. suffers with poor roads and lack of school funds. We definitely could use a lottery here.</p>]]></description>

Fingers crossed we get the lottery.  I can barely afford the extra gas. OpenMinded - closed wallet.</p>]]></description>
