You know what you could do with plastics bags that are thrown in the thrash, recycle them and you create a paper wrapper [forgot what they are called, like a zip lock bag for papers, will be like a condom for paper] and you cover every paper in the world with it...It covers the paper against rain, dust and errosion of the paper... you could theoretically put a condom of plastic over books sort of speak and book covers so they dont wet and to protect them......
