Useful information
Vtracs numbers are 1-5 and actual Pick 3 lottery numbers are 0-9. Therefore, to translate actual Pick 3 lottery numbers into vtracs you must combine numbers....

Is what you see what it is (What you get)?
Those who know say that one draw does not have anything to do with another draw. Be that as it might, let us say that, that should be true. But of what use is that truth if we want to win, to such as myself, that is of no use, worse it is an impediment, Why? Because when I look at past draws, at the patterns that they make, they do appear as if draws do have to do with each other, to ignore that might mean to lose....
