Some ideas & Some Thoughts...
I say better than buying an expensive toothbrush is to buy the cheapest one, and brush your teeth 4 times a day everyday forever...Or brushing your teeth 4 times a day everday with the cheapest toothbrush, with mouth wash/rinse...Is a lot better than buying expensive toothbrush...
And if you do that already, better is eating fruits or bananas s every day or 3 times a week forever...and using dental flause...
I think, i am convinced, that juggling balls the way...
