It,s a big if but if Romney comes on strong with the hispanic vote it could be possible. the 2008 election was close percentage wise in some counties Obama took in 08. If Romney could pull off Los Angeles hispanic voters would be a plus. But statewide is what counts. California has a heavy hispanic population.
