The plan for the big back test.
After some thought, I think I found a way to have the backtest start at the farthest point in history and move forward, so each group of 7 classified draws will match up exactly with the draw history. It ends up as simple as starting with a high offset and subtracting 7 rows from the offset for each re run of the function, this will yield one large csv file with the majority of draw history being classified based on the previous 100 draws. Not done with followers just yet
Viewing from different vantage points yielded no particular benefit. Creating a recent list for weighting was not statistically significant because the data does NOT exhibit seasonality. Enter recursion... I never tried to reprocess the resultant list for a follower among followers... Recursively reducing this follower list by running it through the same function might just be what I was missing... a better indicator of what is next than just the most...

Saw where someone suggested people predicting be required to show the system they are using for their predictions. My first thoughts were they don t understand predictions, the difference between a system and playing strategy, or both. Many of the daily number games predictors use the same group of combos in every jurisdiction. Don t see any reason to know how they arrived at those combos when some groups never change for months.
