Iowa Lottery
Iowa Pick 3 and Pick 4 were in conjunction with Indiana lottery until Noon drawing on 10-1-22. Then in a small blog they announced that they would be doing their own drawings. This is a major change and should have been explained and advance notification to their customers. No such notice or explanation was issued. I am not playing again....
