Wife 1.0
Dear Tech Support:
Last year I upgraded from Girlfriend 7.0 to Wife 1.0. I soon noticed that the new program began unexpected child processing that took up a lot of space and valuable resources.
In addition, Wife 1.0 installed itself into all other programs and now monitors all other system activities, such asPoker Night 10.3, Football 5.0, Going To The Pub 7.5, and Softball 3.6
I can't seem to keep Wife 1.0 in the background w...

To Bleep or Not to Bleep?
If you watched the Emmy awards tonight, you had to notice the people getting bleeped but Fox went a bit further and pointed the camera away from the stage when Sally Field used a few questionable words. Was it a political move or were they simply censoring her profanity?
Well, as much as I agree with Ms Field that war is horrible, I turn on my TV to watch entertainment, not hear the political rants of rich celebrities. Sally Field is a very...

History of World Series of Poker
The World Series of Poker is the most prestigious, hotly contested Poker event in the World. From a humble, and somewhat questionable, origin, the WSOP has evolved into a multi-week tournament that attracts the top players from all over the world, and rewards its champion with a multi-mi...

Town of Hell, Michigan, Heats Up for 6-6-6 Party
HELL, Mich. (June 6) - They're planning a hot time in Hell on Tuesday. The day bears the date of 6-6-06, or abbreviated as 666 - a number that carries hellish significance. Waiting for the Miracle
Waiting For The Miracle Baby, I've been waiting,
I've been waiting night and day.
I didn't see the time,
I waited half my life away.
There were lots of invitations
and I know you sent me some,
but I was waiting
for the miracle, for the miracle to come.
I know you really loved me.
but, you see, my hands were tied.
I know it must have hurt you,
it must have hurt your pride...

More nostalgia
Nowadays people go out and buy 4 wheelers, snowmobiles for thousands of dollars.
Well back in my teens I lived where we had plenty of acreage with dirt roads on it. Some in the open fields and some winding thru the woods.
As a teenager I used to go out and buy old cars that were from the late 30s 40s and early 50s that no one wanted anymore for 5 or 10 dollars. They were in running condition so we used these as entertainment for running lickety split thru the di...
