Finally done updating the databases for PA pick 3 and pick 4 (not updated since 4/30/2017). Made the sheets as described, took it to the next level by adding 2 more follower counts based on the last draw, the one before that, and the one before that... 3 data sets pointing to the same event from the same history. While still in the first few days of watching the draws (read that as paper play), PA mid day pick 4 was 5343, my sheet indicated 5343... oh well, wasn'...

In the Cash 4 Life classifier, I have been using 1.5 standard deviations as an upper and lower cutoff for hot and cold. As an alternative, I could apply an IQR (inter quartile range) where anything above or below the range given by Q3-Q1 would be the new outliers. In the pick 3, one standard deviation above and below the expectancy does the trick. Moving along with playing the system.
After a disappointing weekend of paper testing the pick 3, time for some actual play. Shooting for pick3, pick5, Match6 and Powerball today. Tweaked the ratio of recent draws to full history. 28% for pick3/4/5 and 21% for jackpot games. (Up from 21% and 14% respectively) the old percentages did not provide enough data and the weighted picks just ended up mirroring the full pick. For many years the pattern was... 1. Dream up a new system 2. Create the spreadsheet 3. Play until bored 4. Give up for a few years Some of these systems got 1 hit, like the chain idea where it is like followers, but with the following difference.
