Here is how I forcast the next day pick digits for ILL. Its easy: Take the lowest digit in the eve draw only , use the 1 up and 1 down method. For instance, note Nov 9 eve draw 1-9-5, take the digit 1 add 1, thats digit 2 , now minus 1, thats digit 0 . Now apply the 3,8,9 Concept using the pick digit listing at the bottom of this post. I highlight pick 2 and 0 so you can see the combination that would be used....

Watch those exact order prs
This observation goes the same for v-trac code too. The code pairs seem to run exact order for awhile and then change. This will follow for lottery pairs exact order also. In my ev-od code a code pair seems to return with the same lottery pair exact order and sometimes the code pair will return with the lottery pair mate that is in that code. Deflate the Predictors still working.
I think most of the serious players on LotteryPost are using this method now. I don't know of anything that works better. I have enough money to play Tier 3 and Tier 5 now and I play usually 5 or 6 states Mid and Eve. I have put my wins in bold .
