Deciding to get out of week 3 of the pick 5 to chase the now $4,650,000 Match 6 jackpot was worth it. On the ticket, 2 of my numbers picked were drawn, then 3 on the first quick pick line, and 2 on the second quick pick line. The 3 on one line was a return of the $2 spent, and the 7/18 is worth $25. What the sorting did for the script
The addition of a multi layer sort arranges the numbers with the hottest at the top and the coldest at the bottom, in each position. The resultant list creates 10 combos. The challenges that remain
When dealing with these games on a per column basis, there are probably 5 of the last 7 weeks where each pick DID show up in it's respective position within the next 7 draws, however Synchronization remains a problem, as they do not end up on the same draw. In the Cash 4 Life classifier, I have been using 1.5 standard deviations as an upper and lower cutoff for hot and cold. As an alternative, I could apply an IQR (inter quartile range) where anything above or below the range given by Q3-Q1 would be the new outliers.
