Yesterday posted a few numbers in Mystercial. one of the numbers were 2040 comb. so I went back and posted congratulation to the winners. I guess I was seeing things. because I thought I see the 0024 in lottery results. but I made a mistake this was Dec. 26 Midday the number was incorrect. So I went back to check the numbers again for Eve. Results and the 2040 combination, actually did come. It came in Missiouri Dec 26, Eve. Now how Ironic was that? I actually thought it was funny....

To the State of Alabama: Please Place the lottery but with conditions...
How about a lottery that require that people cant play more than 3 tickets or more than 2 tickets...And scratchoffs are allowed only the one that cost: $2 or no more than $5....Since you are so concerned with not letting Alabamians waste their money... How about instead of $10 scratchoff or $5 dollars scratchoffs you give them Pick4 games that cost: $5 or $10 per ticket but is 5 times more easier than Pick4 or 10 times more easier than Pi...

I will not call it a system yet because i've not tried it on states...It sounds funny but for what it SEEMS it looks like winning Pick4 is: 1 in 13 odds as opposed to 1 in 10,000...Again for what it seems... it is simple..You dont have to guess between 10,000 combinations... All you got to guess is the H-H-L-L combos....but there are of them...you take: 1 and 6 =1; 2 and 7= 2; 3 and 8= 3; 4 and 9= 4;...
