pcnut's 3,8,9 Concept for ILL.
Here is how I forcast the next day pick digits for ILL.
Its easy:
Take the lowest digit in the eve draw only , use the 1 up and 1 down method. For instance, note Nov 9 eve draw 1-9-5, take the digit 1 add 1, thats digit 2 , now minus 1, thats digit 0 . Now apply the 3,8,9 Concept using the pick digit listing at the bottom of this post. I highlight pick 2 and 0 so you can see the combination that would be used....

Divergence from the usual plan...
Since results are just not there in the pick 5, I am skipping the pick 5 for the next 2 days... going to try a one off experiment with the Python random number generator...
Since it is documented that the PA night games use 9 ore draws, 3 rehearsal draws, a live draw and 3 post draws every night, I reworked the QP generator to output 16 draws and will play the 13th pick for both the Cash 5 and Match 6 for tonight.
Skipping 2 pick 5 draws keeps to the budget...

PICK 3 & PICK 4 — Multi-Method Structured Snapshot
PICK 3 PICK 4 Five-Method Concept Framework
(Structured Generation Not Winner Prediction)
All five methods below were independently conceptualized as a unified framework designed to generate balanced candidates from draw behavior, not to chase outcomes. The objective is capital control, cleaner distribution, and repeatable logic across multi-state snapshots.
METHODS CONCEPTED AND APPLIED...

Week 2 of 3 on the Pick 3 ends winless.
Even a fancy new wrapper for the logic has yet to make a match. Since I am tracking, the amount spent, counting today's week 3 plays comes to $82. (Even a frugal budget of $14 a week adds up!) It would have been $98 save for the $16 won on the Match 6 cycle.
Always have to assume that there will be zero hits. That means any actual win does reduce the year cost. With $16, I am down from an initially projected cost of $728 to $712.
Tracking the rolling out of pocket expense...

A better explaination of what I am trying to do with my system.
Starting with pick 3, since that is the simplest .
Numbers are random, they form a discrete uniform distribution when looking at past draws.
Frequencies, however, run from high to low (or low to high, depending on perspective)... frequencies are almost linear (almost but not quite)
By rigid inter quartile classification, I am sorting the numbers in the 150 draw sample into bins.
Every time I add new draws and run the script, the numbers...

Why I am still hooked on the neutrals...
While it is not a hit machine, it is the results from back testing that make the case for the neutrals at least being a viable hypothesis...
In both the PA pick 3 day and evening draws, the percentages were consistent, and these games are drawn differently, mid is a PRNG and evening is ball machines. Both histories were comprised of 25% all neutral draws, the next largest category were those draws containing 2 neutrals, and the next those containing one neutral. In fact, both h...

Development: a random enough lottery picking script
I wonder how that would look in Python and what functions would need to be written..
For the white balls in a jackpot game like Mega Millions, it is as easy as
population = range(1, 71)
k = 5
unique_random_numbers = random.sample(population, k)
print( unique_random_numbers )
Where population is the range of possible numbers and k is the number of balls you want to pick.
But this would be a bit differen...
