In the end, EVERY system outputs a best guess.
It does not matter HOW the numbers are selected... math, dreams, RNG. the environment (PA license plates are good pick 4 sources...)... when you make a selection, you are rejecting the rest of the combos in the hope that your guess is best. This system I am working on seems to hold around 90% for being able to reduce the combos (NOT 100%), which kind of allows me to accept the original starting hypothesis that numbers tend to fill in from the middle of their frequency distribut...

Followers update
Working with Python has been a bit easier than trying monster excel formulas for sure. The current project gives me the entire list of followers for the last number drawn, including a count of the followers for that number, and the most recent 1% to allow a visual of recent trends. Then added a mode for the trends list to make a quick pick . Because I have always looked at the pick 3 as 3 separate games of 1 in 10, this lends itself to coding that is able to be used...

lotto purchases today
yes i managed to get me another powerball ticket. i have gone to the well and there was a powerball ticket waiting for me. not just any powerball ticket but a powerball ticket with a powerplay option. i am dancing in myseat. oh yeah. i finally after such a long drought get to go somewhere and not be totally broke. how sweet that is to me. i am so happy i am working again and i got my first check which helped me get caught up on one of my bills. ah that is another sad story....

Sum sheet plan
I do not have a day off until Wednesday, so that is when I hope to put a pick 3 sheet together for the PA mid and eve games.
