I've been playing scratch offs since I turned 18 a few years ago but now I'm about to be 21. That means I'm old enough to go to a casino. I have been to indian casinos before where you only had to be 18 to play and I've done well. (Casinos in Oklahoma and Alabama) I look at it like this...
