This is a very simple deal. I used the search feature here at lottery post to find this. I just entered the 0 in position 1 for exact hits. Then I sorted ascending order. Well, from this it looks like the 0 in position one favors to be drawn after the tenth of the month in S.C. about 78% of the time. Will that trend continue. I dont know. Lookin at the code prs to figure them out. With the code prs double codes are frequent hitters.
