How I see draw histories
I keep draw histories to use for developing systems. I do not view these as a model of the data produced by the mechanical or PRNG process (or in PA, BOTH). Fantasy 5 promotion in GA
Georgia currently has the Fantasy 5 promotion, where you buy one get one free ticket. I bought $10 worth, marked on each slips to get additional 10 tickets, free. If I marked 5 set of numbers in one slips, and another 5 sets in the second I would have gotten 2 free tickets. Within the rules stated that 1 free ticket given per slip. So, to better my odds I bought each sets on different slips....
