Even though they give 2 quick pick lines, I am focusing on my picked line. Breaking the 28 draw window into one week steps, those QP lines will be changed every 7 days. The strategy is play one combo for a week, the same combo for 28 draws (4 weeks) for a cost of $14 per week. Why not just play for 26 draws at once? Because I get 2 new QP lines each week. Best case scenario for the pick 3... IF day and night hit in the same week is $580 to $660. If this game works out, best case (min. Jackpot, post tax) is $299,650 (per winner). Same basic concept. Now if they will pick the right numbers for a change.....

so. I play the pick three regularly. I play 4 to 5 plays and 7 draws. I pick it straight and box. the same numbers ever since it started here in Oklahoma. who remembers the first numbers of the pick 3 when it started? I know, it was 1-2-3. the next day it was 1-2-3. Busy coding day
Starting off with running the next on the house pick 3 combos and then going to play them. The harder part is for fine tuning the Cash 4 Life classifier, as a deeper dive into the data shows too many draws that should be classified as cold are being given the Neutral classification. The standard deviation ends up being too wide when using 1.5 as a scalar, this is most likely because it was set for 1 to 60, but the observed range is much tighter. Good thing...

Continuing with a Python QP generator
The code is simple enough. The goal is to make a guess on the neutral sets without introducing bias on my part. I am no further along on interpreting the output, so, since it is a guess anyway, why not let Python do it?
