Finding the balance
I know what I must next do, run the big back test script on the Cash 4 Life to get hard data on the occurrence of all neutral draws in the window. I may have to adjust the Standard Deviation scalar to try and minimize the amount of digits in the neutral pool, while still holding a respectable NNNNN rate per window. It took an hour to run on the pick 3, but that was 16,800+ draws.... this one will be run, adjust the scalar, run again. May take days... All of the calculations cha...

Possibly running a P3 live test this week...
Did not find any magic answers in the stats. DID manage to notice that the most popular percent in each neutral draw was 10%... the expectancy... BUT that only accounts for 800 or so of all 16,800 draws. Here is the thing... not every neutral distribution HAS a 10% count in each column, BUT mostly has one where all 3 columns are NEAR 10%... same with the pick 5. In the end, EVERY system outputs a best guess.
It does not matter HOW the numbers are selected... math, dreams, RNG. the environment (PA license plates are good pick 4 sources...)... when you make a selection, you are rejecting the rest of the combos in the hope that your guess is best. This system I am working on seems to hold around 90% for being able to reduce the combos (NOT 100%), which kind of allows me to accept the original starting hypothesis that numbers tend to fill in from the middle of their frequency distribut...
