I've been messing around with this all day, on and off. It appears if you do some massaging of the method for a particular lotto you can get all five numbers to show for a pick five, fairly consistently out of a pool of about 20 unique numbers. On pick 6 you get all 6 about half the time, 5 the other half. Here's the basic set of premises: 1) MM and PB aren't separate systems coming out of the universe... they work in tandem 2)...

powerball hit in Delaware... congrats!
splitstream numbers (3 low and 2 high) killed my middle 3 picks, caught the 1 and 48 tho, but missed the powerball :-( I went with 1-19-22-31-48 +24, results were 1-3-10-47-48 +27... pick delta not so promising... Beating computer drawn games...
Can the seed of a drawing be reverse solved for a computer generated game? PA uses Computer RNG methods for it's daytime pick3/4.... I need to create a program that will store the result of a call to RANDOMIZE (TIMER) to a variable, write it to a file, and then pick a 3 and 4 digit number with it... do this over a 10 minute window (1:30 pm est to 1:40 pm est), HOPE that it captures the same seed used by the PA games, and then create a sed chart to see when they are drawi...
