beginning the SoniQ BOOM backtest sheet
this is a tough one, having to convert 3000 draws at a time (for each position, no less) and copy the values over the formulas to get recalc time to near zero... I am heading in the right direction, just slowly... in contrast, v-trac mirror backtest was a 10 minute affair, while I have been thinking of the SB backtest logic for DAYS until today it clicked. so far backtest results to beat for PA are 13 straight hits in v-trac (vs 11 in pure MODE() ) best ever was 26 hits over PA history...

Hi, want to play all states 3 4 digit numbers using 5Dimes.I have been watching posts and numbers just to many to pick from. The plan for the big back test.
After some thought, I think I found a way to have the backtest start at the farthest point in history and move forward, so each group of 7 classified draws will match up exactly with the draw history. It ends up as simple as starting with a high offset and subtracting 7 rows from the offset for each re run of the function, this will yield one large csv file with the majority of draw history being classified based on the previous 100 draws. What did I overlook?
The current follower system has a setting for list length that can be unique to each game, but the same across positions. That is what I overlooked. The ability to set the list length for each position... I will remedy that! Each position in pick 3 (and beyond) has it's own history, and might give better results if it had it's own list length. The initial scenario that comes to mind when envisioning a proper backtest for this follower system would be to 1. Pick a point in history where the test should start.
