Well, this week my new algorithms are off to a fantastic start. One of them surprised me today in Georgia by including a biased digit in my predictions after so many occurances, where normally it would be excluded.

Is taxing health care benefits unconstitutional?
No, it isn't. However, that doesn't mean I approve of any tax bill. What is unconstitutional is forcing private citizens to buy health care from for-profit companies. A single-payer system would change this.
