Are RNG draws biased
Do I want to let the cat out of the bag. I loaded some draws in an rng state last night. I used ev-od cd 2 I found a large bias in the state I loaded. The 22 code pr hit 24 times out of the 61 draws I loaded. Figure exact order for next time it hits and it could produce some results. I just deflated 90 days past results of that state using the new and powerful prs filter to find the hits with the prs in the 22 code pr which are 00-22-44-02-04-24 lottery prs....
