Bought a neural network addin for Excel
I decided to test it and bought the cheapest on the market, NeuroXL. I know it's controversial to use and it has been slammed before, but I decided to try it after reading LottoPirate's hit statistic. LottoPirate, which I believe use a programming library from Ward Systems for its predictions, is able to predict one line with 3(or better) out of 6 numbers correct in 1 out of 4 draws in a 6/49 lottery.
