Missouri non winning holiday scratch offs
I hope someone with a good memory can confirm my question: I m from Missouri; last year the only way to enter the promotions was to enter your non winning holiday scratch offs was through mailing them to the Missouri lottery address shown on the back of the holiday scratch off (which was Jefferson City, MO).
