I am the person who just ended 3 Lottery schemes and have been exposing a multi billion dollar ponzi like scheme by falsifying prize tickets and inflating prizes and revenues. Billions are money laundered through illegal and unregulated VLT's each year. Why? So the State of Oregon could use these falsified Lottery net proceeds to sell over $8 Billiion in Lottery Revenue bond debt obligations now owed. It's a pattern on the playslip. The states with lots of winners, such as Oregon, have a playslip with those numbers that looks like this: The Colorado Lottery PB playslip does not look like that. Marking a column of numbers that start with 3 would be 3,10,17,24,31. The Indiana PB playslip also has the OR pattern, and since people in Indiana play PB more than just about anyone it seems, they had lots and lots of winners. This is cool!

winoneday is in a pool, not sure how many tickets they buy per draw, but there are times when they don't win anything at all from the posts made. We have jackpot winners that bought only one ticket. Then we have like the Oregon guy that bought over $200 worth of tickets and won the jackpot. I think there is no right way to do it, just don't gamble with basic needs money
