It doesn't matter what lotterology is. There is no system that can predict randomly drawn numbers in future drawings. You would need a time machine. The standard deviation is the square root of the variance. The variance in the number of hits from a list for pick 3 is not terribly difficult to calculate. I did the calculation and shared my results in that thread. The method of selection for what numbers to put on a list is irrelevant.

I generated a list of 286 numbers using the randbetween function in a spreadsheet yesterday, then compared that list to the Pick 3 draw history in Pennsylvania (mid and eve) going back to the date you posted your California prediction list. I didn't look for box hits, just straight and was surprised to find 22 matches. An individual who can beat a game like pick 3, statistically beyond just being lucky, is engaging in fraud. That's not a system (since all systems are worthless), that's a crime.
