On a number of occasions I've attempted to play the New York daily numbers, Only to be told by the retailer the machine is down . The fact of the matter is there is pattern to this response. If machine is down that many times the machine would be replaced. Also this has happened with little or no customers in the store. On one such occasion I had the winning number picked but the store owner came back with his''machine is down''.

not sure who could even do step 1 except for the manager of lottery retailer that has a kiosk, and managers of lottery retailers are usually the number one suspects in lottery fraud, so it's probably gonna be hard to get away with this. i think you should stick with tried and true forms of criminal activity, like mugging people downtown at night.

The Colorado Lottery app doesn't even tell me how much a winning ticket is worth. It just says Congratulations! You may be a winner! Go visit a retailer . The reason why I use it is to enter non-winning tickets in their second-chance drawing. Obviously I have to be logged in to do that. Otherwise, they wouldn't know who won should they draw my ticket.

I don't see how a vending machine problem is the retailers responsibility. If there is a mechanical or electrical issue with it which there obviously is, how is the retailer supposed to fix it? I would go on their contact us page https://www.coloradolottery.com/en/about/contact-us/ and send them an email explaining the issue or call again and ask to speak to someone other than a customer service rep who is just going to blow you off with an It's the retailers responsibility excuse. I think it should all be anonymous to the exception of government employees and retailer store clerk associates. When I play pick 3 or 4 I don't like people knowing I win. It's not their business. Here online it's different.

A hole in my argument? Encouraging players to use the QP option and forcing players is two different things. I said to encourage....not force. And I've never seen players figure out numbers at the counter of a Retailer. Usually they come in with their numbers, ready. My responses though is to Coin Toss' statement about Lottery officials loving players looking for consistency in numbers and believe the games are not designed to have any. Ohio Lotto Scratch Off +Print Tickets
Curious question re players of Ohio Lottery Games. For a hobby I collect losing instant and print tickets from my local retailer and enter them on MyLotto on their website for points. They have a limit of 1200 points worth of tickets monthly. I routinely collect far more in any given month than I can enter for points.
