Interesting. 🤷
I think he rigged it. Just my opinion though. I just find it odd a guy that infiltrated the government. Won a jackpot. Well technically he did not win. But his trust did. Good point though. Like you said he could have simply bought it. Either way to me it's weird. I think I'm going to dig into it a little deeper. See who was running the lottery then. Who they are ect ect ect.......

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Completely agree! It looked rigged when I ran it through my system, and it's the only JP game where the winning numbers come out uncoordinated with the patterns and sequences. I quit playing years ago.
Never seen some sht like that in P6 games. Then I realized MM is borne out of California. That explains it! Nothing right about that state. It's a flunked liberal state, Im sorry.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
That's because we never hear stories of people who always play the same numbers, fail to buy a ticket for one drawing, and then the winning numbers are different. That happens all the time.
And it can't be rigged for that reason because the lottery can't purposely choose winning numbers that belong to all those people who play the same numbers except for this drawing. There are thousands of people who fit that profile. The lottery can only choose one set of winning numbers that screws over a

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Yea it's kind of a catch 22. I used to play pick 5 before my state went to computer draw. And I did the same. Did not buy numbers. And my number hit. And I had a feeling it was going to come out. A very strange/strong feeling. But that's a whole other story in its self. But I guess I'll just keep playing the same numbers. If it's meant to be its meant to be at this point. It's basically my routine now. But it does kinda make me wonder if it's rigged by you saying your customer did not by a ticke

Outrage! Oklahoma holds digit 3 out for 20 days
Random numbers do random things. It's about a 2% chance any one digit won't be drawn that long. Uncommon but not evidence of a rigged lottery .
What would be far more rare is the opposite situation, where each digit comes out exactly 18 times in 180 draws (60 pick 3 drawings). 1 in a billion.

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
Just think about it in midday Wisconsin the digit #5 hasn't been hit since January 6th
IOW, the #5 has come up, but by limiting the data points you're looking at you can find a partial set of data in which it doesn't show up. Cool.
Still, let's pretend that the midday drawing, using the exact same procedures and equipment as for the other drawings (and ignoring the results of any test drawings that might be conducted), is somehow completely separate from those other drawings. Each time

Lottery Numbers Aren't Meant To Be Random
So...why you think lottery officials pre-test if the numbers suppose to be random to begin with? And I already debated and established that it has nothing to do with making sure the machine working properly.
I've given this some thought. They really don't need to run any pre-tests. If the machine has a mechanical malfunction, it won't show up as the thing produces the same set of winning numbers over and over (assuming they load all the balls, not just 5 of them, and then pick 5, that would
