Is there any method or system that can an predict the first digit that will fall in Pick 3
You'll enjoy this one though, a very lonng time ago some people h ere were saying playing a second set of number would cut the odds in half
That is true.

The last two draws get 1 number
Found a thread from 2011 where math and logic of the 24 recently drawn numbers could have produced a MM Jackpot when the game was 5/46 + 46. However there is a huge difference between 5/46 and 5/70 games and of course the odds of at least one number repeating.
BTW, the thread is 38 pages, but many of the more knowledgeable past Lottery Post contributers posted there.

would you rather win 1, 10, 50, 100, or 500 million $
The jackpot cash value, adjusted for the probability of there being another winner, was worth about $2.25. Add 32 cents worth of lower prizes, for a total of about $2.57 for a ticket that costs $2.
$6M for a $2 wager when the odds of winning is 1 in almost 300 million is a joke. That's worth 2 cents! Add the 32 cents worth of lower prizes for a total of 34 cents. No thanks.

Buying MM or PB lottery tickets
Assuming the three tickets are different, your odds of winning is 3 in 22.5 million. 3/22500000 = 1/7500000.
Imagine you buy 22.4 million tickets (all with different numbers, not QP as you'll have lots of duplicates). Clearly your chances of winning are extremely high, 224/225.

Buying MM or PB lottery tickets
Becuase that 2nbd place prize is woerth $2 million if you win it. You would save 16 cernts to rosk hittoing $2Million
How bad do the odds need to be before everyone realizes how stupid it is to say it makes sense to buy a ticket because 2nd place is worth $2 million ?

Mega Millions and Powerball Race
The estimated sales for tonight's Powerball draw have been revised down. Now the estimated odds of the jackpot being won is 26.9% from the previous 29.8%.
The jackpot is estimated to reach $1.57 billion as opposed to the original estimate of $1.6 bilion.

Are you playing Mega Millions with the $5.00 per play?
Random numbers are not supposed to be coordinated (whatever that means, we're talking about randomly drawn numbers here). They may appear to be coordinated in whatever so-called system you are using, but that is a coincidence.
Anyone who blames their failure to win a very long odds jackpot draw game on California liberalism has totally lost it.

Odds improve linearly with each ticket purchase, not exponentially.
Okay, I'll play. Is there a reason you said that?

my idea for a multi-state lottery
4) 10 cents of each ticket gets added to the jackpot.
Thoughts?
I think you've made a mistake, presumably in point 4. You know the chance of matching 6 of 68 is 1 in 109.45 million, so you should expect 1 jackpot winner for every 109.45 million tickets. With 10 cents from each ticket going to the jackpot you'll have just under $11 million each time you pay a winner $25 million. You could do that with an annuity, but if you hand out cash you have a problem. To fully fund a cash prize of $
