Is there any method or system that can an predict the first digit that will fall in Pick 3
Agreed.
People often equate odds and probability even though technically they are not exactly the same. Odds is just easier because it's one syllable. Probability has more letters and five syllables.
So, with Pick 3, the traditional way to describe odds of winning with a single ticket is 1:999, and with a second ticket, it is 2:998. You can reduce 2:998 to 1:499.

Lottery is not random it's predetermined
The largest lottery history file I have is the Pennsylvania pick 3 evening game, it goes back to 1977 with over 17,000 draws. The data from any lottery game forms a discrete uniform distribution, and this can be tested with what is known as a Chi square goodness of fit test, which will measure the deviation of a data set from the expected distribution. The entire set passes the test on all 3 columns. And this is from a state that got busted for injecting latex paint into the balls to get a certa

Who are you going to tell after you win the monday's powerball jackpot.
Well some people or a lot of people wouldn't be excited knowing that I won and not them, so id probably tell nobody. Not even my mom.
I'm sure the cops would be notified asap, automatically.
I'd setup my ducks, buy some stuff for my ducks, and figure out things from there.
Probably still play pick 3 and continue the cycle until another pb jackpot powers up again.

[UPDATE 2] Thanks to winsumloosesum for tracking down some errors!
Thank you @ Todd and Winsumloosesum.
This is very important, because, I use All available History , when I search each pick 3 or pick 4 set. I also use different times for deflating , and inspecting , like, 6 months prior, etc.
I pay my membership, just for the history~
Not every lottery site, has all available history! Lottery Post does!
Thank you!

You Can't Lose If You Don't Play
Playing 128 pick 3 numbers the probability of an exact number hit is 12%, 1 in 8.3. This equates to the probability of not hitting to be 1 in 1.14, 88%.
If we take the exact odds approach (though unlikely to occur) and assume 1 in every 8 draws will hit playing 128 numbers with a cost of $256 (your example) $2048 will be spent. Offset this by a win of $744 (your example) this leaves a loss of $1304 for the 8 drawing campaign.
Your example win of $744 indicates more than just a str

Powerball
It's not the imperfection (no one is perfect), it's the ranting and raging that I don't get. Wasting anything with no benefit just makes no sense. At least G5 writes in English rather than gibberish like Stats. Based on the last post, it appears that G5 is a supporter of the pig in chief, so now it's starting to make sense. You're not allowed to disagree. Educated and independent thought comes across as offensive to members of his cult of personality.
I demonstrated that your lotterology was
